A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 11473,
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 11473, submitted by Bruce Wei, and
consisting of 4 parcels, located on the south side of Hamilton Street, east of
Hermosa, was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, on April 12, 1989, and is in compliance with the State Subdivision
Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 11473 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement
Security by Bruce Wei as developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and that said Parcel Map
No. 11473 be and the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is
authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 1990.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 7th day of
November, 1990.
