A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR PARCEL MAP 10295
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on October 17, 1990,
by Lewis Homes as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on Elm Avenue between Spruce Avenue and Church Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 10295; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and accom-
panied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Iprovement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authoriz-
ed to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 1990.
