A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY IMPROVE-
MENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM LAWRENCE E. AND
CHERYL PERDEW AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on February 21, 1979, to establish requirements for
construction of public improvements in conjunction with building permit
issuance;and
WHEREAS, installation of missing off-site street improvements
adjacent to the property to be developed established as prerequisites to
issuance of building permit for 6376 East Avenue has been met by entry into a
Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Lawrence E. and
Cheryl Perdew.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to accept said Reat Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs
the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 1990.
