A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE WEST BERYL PARK PROJECT AND WEST BERYL SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for the West Beryl
Park Project and West Beryl Sewer Improvements have been completed to the
satisfaction of the Community Services Director; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filled, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the Community Services
Director is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1990.

October, 1990.
