A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, SUMMARILY ORDERING THE VACATION OF
A PORTION OF A STREET EASEMENT
WHEREAS, by Chapter 4, Article 1. Section 8334, of the Street and
Highway Code, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga is authorized
to summarily vacate a portion of street easement as excess right-of-way herein
more particularly described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council found from all the evidence submitted that
said street easement is no longer required for street or highway purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The Council hereby makes its order vacating said street
easement as shown on Map V-098 on file in the office of the City Clerk of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, which has been further described in a legal descrip-
tion which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and by reference made a
part thereof.
SECTION 2: That from and after the date this resolution is recorded,
said excess right-of-way no longer constitutes a street easement.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1990.
