A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TRACT MAP NUMBER 13812
(TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 13812), IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 13812, submitted by Watt Southern
California, Inc. and consisting of 153 lots, located west of Etiwanda Avenue
between Highland and Summit Avenues being a division of 71.33 acres into 153
lots was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
on December 7, 1988.
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 13812 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement
Security by Watt Southern California, Inc. as developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
submitted by said developer by and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and that said Tract Map No.
13812 be and the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer's authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of September, 1990.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 19th day of
September, 1990.
