A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND SECURITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CHURCH STREET FROM
SPRUCE AVENUE TO ELM AVENUE AND THE MASTER PLAN STORM
DRAIN LINE 2-1
WHEREAS, the Developer, Lewis Development Company has entered into an
Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security for the
Improvement of Church Street from Spruce Avenue to Elm Avenue and the Master
Plan Storm Drain Line 2-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of September, 1990.
