A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT FOR
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND DEDICATION FROM
EDWARD H. BAILEY, JR. AND PATRICIA W. BAILEY AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has esta-
blished requirements for construction of road improvements in conjunction with
the Archibald Avenue - south of Banyan Street to Hillside Road Project; and
WHEREAS, installation of a curb and gutter and other related work,
located along the western portion of the Bailey parcel shall be made a part of
the Archibald Avenue - south of Banyan Street to Hillside Road Project; and
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Bailey have agreed to dedicate road easement to
the City for said improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve and accept said Improvement Agreement, and authorizes the Mayor
and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of September, 1990.
