A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 12781,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 12781)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 12781, submitted by Stanton Jersey
Partners, Subdivider, and consisting of 3 parcels, located at the southwest
corner of Jersey Boulevard and Rochester Avenue, being a division of 9.57
acres was approved by the Planning Commission on March 28, 1990 as provided in
the State Subdivision Map Act and is in compliance with the requirements of
Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 12781 is the Final Map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map, said subdivider submits for approval said Final Map
offering for dedication for public use the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon behalf
of said City; and
2. That said Parcel Map No. 12781 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized
to present same to the County Recorder to be filed
for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 1990.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
