A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN
TERRITORY TO LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 3 AND
STREET LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NOS. I AND 6 FOR
PARCEL MAP 12596
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 12596, submitted by OAS
Investors and consisting of 4 parcels, located on the northeast corner of
Vineyard Avenue and Foothil Boulevard, being a division of 9.52 acres, was
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on
November 29, 1989; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 12596 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Parcel Map Number 12596 be and the same is hereby
approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County
Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 1990.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 5th day of
September, 1990.
