A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE BERYL PARK AND LIONS PARK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE
WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for the Beryl Park
and Lions Park Improvement Project have been completed to the satisfaction of
the Director of Community Services; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the Director of Community
Services is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of August, 1990.
