A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 12263,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 12263), IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 12263, submitted by The William
Lyon Company, and consisting of 11 parcels, located on the southeast corner of
Highland Avenue & Milliken Avenue, being a division of 13.41, was approved by
the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, on November 29, 1989;
and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 12263 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement
Security by The William Lyon Company as developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and that said Parcel Map
No. 12263 be and the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is
authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of August, 1990.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 1st day of
August, 1990.
