A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT
EXECUTED ON JULY 10, 1990, FOR UNDERGROUNDING OF A
PORTION OF THE OVERHEAD UTILITIES ON THE EAST SIDE OF
ROCHESTER AVENUE, BETWEEN ARROW ROUTE AND 8TH STREET, AND
ARROW ROUTE BETWEEN ROCHESTER AVENUE AND 1-15 FREEWAY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Reimbursement Agreement submitted by Watson Land Company, as
developer of DR 87-26, for the undergrounding of the overhead utilities on the
east side of Rochester Avenue, between Arrow Route and 8th Street, and on the
south side of Arrow Route between Rochester Avenue and 1-15 Freeway; and
WHEREAS, the developer, at the developer's expense, has completed
said undergrounding operation; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the adjoining properties will share in the
expense of the undergrounding ~eration costs as stipulated in said Reimburse~
ment Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Reimbursement Agreement be and the same is approved
and the Mayor is authorized to sign said Reimbursement Agreement on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest hereto and cause
said agreement to record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of August, 1990.
