A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR VINEYARD AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENTS, FROM 8TH STREET
TO NORTH OF THE ATCHISON, TOPEIC~ AND SANTA FE RAILROAD
CROSSING, CONTRACT NO. 89-141 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING
OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Vineyard Avenue
Street Improvements from 8th Street to north of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa
Fe Railroad Crossing, Contract No. 89-141, have been completed to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamon§a does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 1990.
