A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR 5751 CABROSA PLACE
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California , has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on June 20, 1990 by Randolph
S. Davis and Sandra P. Davis as developers, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located at 5751 Cabrosa Place; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of Cabrosa Place; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1990.
