A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING FOUR TRAFFIC SIGNAL
CONTROLLERS AS SURPLUS ITEMS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has review-
ed the staff report declaring four traffic signal controllers as surplus
items; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering staff has determined that these traffic
signal controllers are not repairable and are unuseable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
approves the staff report and declares that the four traffic signal control-
lers as described in the staff report are surplus items.
Section 2. The purchasing agent is directed to dispose of the
surplus controllers as is required.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1990.
