A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on June 6, 1990, by
Hillside/Sapphire Venture as developer, for the improvement of public right-
of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the northwest corner of Hillside Road and Sapphire
Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement A~reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13728; and
~, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and accom-
panied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFOr, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve t_hat said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authoriz-
ed to sign said Improvement ~3reement Extension on behalf of the City-of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
