A RESOI33TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCh0
NO. 14121
WHEREAS, the Amending Map of Tract No. 14121, consists of 47 lots,
suhnitted by Rhoades Development, Subdivider, located on the southwest corner
of Highland and Milliken Avenues, baa been su~mi~ to the City of Rancho
Cucamonga by said Subdivider for approval by said City as provided in the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and in compliance with the
requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, the original Tract Map No. 14121 was approved by the City
Council on December 6, 1989, and recorded on December 15, 1989, Book 229,
pages 37 through 38; and
WHEREAS, the developer b~ rode a significant number of changes of
lot lines to aoc~tm~date specific housing units; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Amending Map of said Tract, said Subdivider suhnits for
approval said Amending Map offering for dedication for public use tb~ streets
delineated thereon. -
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Olcamonga does
hereby resolve that th~ offers for dedication and the Amendir~ Map del~___~_ting
same are hereby approved and the City Clerk is authorized to execute the
certificate thereon on behalf of said City and record said map.
