NO. STLPP-5420 B~ THE CITY OF ~ ~ AND
THE STATE OF CAT.TF~RNIA FOR THE APPLICATIC~ OF STATE
SHARE FUNDS FOR k~.TGIBLE ~ FOR THE STATE-LOCAL
TRANSPOREATION PARTN~IP PROGRAM AS DEFINED BY THE
STATE OF CAT.T~
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga (herein-
after referred to as "Local Agency"), has for its consideration and execution
the Local Agency - State Master Agreement No. STLPP-5420 for the application
of State Share Funds for eligible projects for the State-Local Transportation
Partnership Program as defined by the State of California.
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of Transportation,
District Office 8 (hereinafter referred to as "State") processes and monitors
State funded projects; and
WHERFAS, as a condition to payment of State funds for said projects,
the Local Agency shall approve and execute said Local Agency - State Master
Agreement for the State-Local Transportation Partnership Program.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. Authorize the Execution of the Local Agency - State Master
Agreement No. STLPP-5420 for the application of State Share
Funds for eligible projects for the State-Local Transportation
P-~ership Program as defined by the State of California.
2. To authorize the Mayor to sign said Agreement and direct the
City Clerk to attach a certified oopy of this Resolution, as
well as type in the Resolution number and date in the blanks of
said supplement and for the return of the original copies of
said Ax/re~ment to the State of California Depa~ ~t~nt of
Transportation along with the certified copy of this Resolution.
