A RESOLUTION OF ~ CITY ~ OF THE CITY OF RAN(I~D
~, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC ]]~=ROVE~TS
FOR ~gACT 13697 AND AUTMORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the oonstruction of public improvements for Tract 13697 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Ccmpletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work c~%01ete.
NOW, %'rIH]~0RE, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPRDV]~, and ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 1990.
