A RESOLUTIC~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF RANCHO
C~CAMZ~A, CALIF-~, APPROVING ~ AGRRZ~T
~SION AND ~ S~C~A~ITY FOR TRACT 13566-3
~REAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its oonsid~ation an Improv~t-A~reement Extension
executed o~ December 5, 1990, by Etiwanda Highland Partners as developer, for
the improv~nt of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located on tb~ south side of
Summit Avenue between Cherry Avenue and Wardman Bullock Road; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~ts, described in said
Impr~t Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develo~m~_nt of said Tract 13566-3; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement A~reement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California does hereby resolve, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement A~reement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
