A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~ OF THE CITY OF RAN(]~O
C3CAM~qGA, CALIFORN/3%, APPROVING IMPROV~T AG~~,
~ ~, AND FINAL MAP OFf'ACT NOS. 13303,
13303-1AND 13303-2
WHerEAS, the Tentative Map of Tract Nos. 13303, 13303-1 and 13303-2
consisting of 96 lots, snPmitted by Lewis Develc~ C~mpany, Subdivider,
located on the sout/Tw~-t corner of Terra Vista Parkway and Mountain View
Drive, has been su~mi~ to the City of Rancho O~nga by said Subdivider
and approved by said City as provided in the Sub~/visicn Map Act of the State
of California, and in cc~pli~ with the requirements of Ordinanoe No. 28 of
said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tracts said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement Agreement sutmtitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient ImpTovement Secnirity, and sutmtits for
approval said Final Maps offering for dedication for public use the streets
delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to ex~cute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Maps
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the oertificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
