A RESOLUTIC~ OF q/4E CITY CO[~CIL OF ~{E CITY OF RAN(~O
~, CALIF-~_A, APPROVING PARf/ELMAP~ 11472,
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 11472, sukmit~ by JCR Development
and Inv--, and ccF~istir~ of 2 parcels, located on the south side of 19th
Street, east of Hermosa Avenue was approved by the Planning ~ion of the
City of Rancho Cucamo~z3a, on February 22, 1989, and is in compliance with the
State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ord/nance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that
Act; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 11472 is the final mp of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requ/rements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final mp by tha City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an ~t Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement
Security by JCR DeveloFment and Investment as developer.
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
suhnitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement A~reement on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and that said Parcel Map
No. 11472 be and the same is hereby approved and tb~ City Engineer is
authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
