A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALT~, APPROVING PARCEL MAP N-~4BER 12338
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 12338, suhnitted by Kensley-
Buffalo six, Ltd. and consisting of 4 parcels, located at the northwest
corner of 6th Street and Buffalo Avenue, being a division of 13.78 acres of
land into 4 paroels was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 12338 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City COuncil of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Parcel Map Number 12338 be and the same is hereby
approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County
Recorder to be filed for record.
