PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING T~E ~'~ ~.TNG OF A NOTICE OF
O3MPL~££ON FOR THE WDRK
WHerEAS, the construction of public improvements for the Cucamonga
Elementary School Field Improv~m~_nts Project have been completed to the
satisfaction of the C~uL~nity Services Director; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of O~letion is re~,~red to be filed, certifying
the work c~L~lete.
NOW, TH~P~ORE, the City Council of the city of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the Director of Community
Services is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cu~letion with the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County.
