WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Arrow Route
Street Improvements, fr~ ~ Avenue to Haven Avenue, Contract No. 90-063,
have been c~01eted to th~ satisfaction of the city EngiD~_r; and
WHerEAS, a Notioe of C~letion is re~4red to be filed, certifying
the work c~t~ulete.
NOW, TH~qEFORE, the city Cour~il of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby aocepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~gletion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPROV~D, and ADOPr~3 this 19th day of December, 1990.
