F~.TNG OF A NOTICE OF (~I'ION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public il~provements for 19th Street
Improvements, frc~ Carnelian Street to the west City limits, Contract 90-046
have been c~,~Jleted to the satisfaction of the city Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~LlJletion is rec~,~ed to be filed, certifying
the work c~LiJlete.
NOW, %t{EREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accep~ and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of OJlL~Jletion with the County Recorder of
PASSED, AP~, and ADOFr~3 this 19th day of December, 1990.
