AV~lqUE TO THE AT.~A I32~4A f~L~NNEL, CONTRACT 90-002, AND
AUTHORIZIiqG ~E F~.TNG OF A NOTICE OF C~I'£ON FOR THE
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for the Area V
Hillside Road Storm Drain, frc~ Archibald Avenue to the Alta Loma Channel,
Contract 90-002, have been c~L~leted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer;
WHerEAS, a Notice of C~,~Jletion is re~H~ed to be filed, certifying
the work c~L~lete.
NOW, TH~qEFORE, the City Council of the city of Rar~ho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of OJ[~letion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPr~u this 19th day of December, 1990.
