FOR DR 85-32 AND AUTHORIZING THE F~,ll~G OF A NOTICE OF
OCK~PL~m'mON FOR TI-IE W~DRK
WH]~AEAS, the oonstruction of public improve~_nts for DR 85-32 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City ~gineer; and
WH~I~S, a Notice of C~L~letion is re~,~red to be filed, certifying
the work oum~01ete.
NOW, TH~I~EFORE, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~,~letion with the County P~=corder of
PASS,I), APPROVED, and ADOFm'~3 this 19th day of December, 1990.
