~NGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPI~NG ~E PUBLIC ]/~PRDV~TS
FOR CUP 87-26 AND AUI~ORIZING THE ~'~ ~.ING OF A NOTICE OF
OC~5~_~rlON FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for CUP 87-26 have
been c~L~ulet~4 to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
~%~qEAS, a Notice of C~L~let/on is re~,~red to be filed, certifying
the work c~L~lete.
NOW, ~I~EFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the Deputy City Engineer
is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder
of San Bernardino County.
