CUCAMONGA, CALIFO~R~AA, ACu~Fr/NG THE PUBLIC IMPROVtlM~NTS
TRACT 13442 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILTNG OF A NOTICE OF
OSMPL~I'±ON FOR THE NORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13442 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the Deputy City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~oletion is rec~Hred to be filed, certifyir~
the work c~lete.
NOW, THEREFORE, tb~ City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby acoepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~oletion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPi'~33 this 19th day of December, 1990.
