A RESOIArfION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE Cl'r¥ OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFC~hriA, ACCEPTING THE I~T.TC I~V~
FOR TRACT 11428 ~ AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
CC~PI~riON FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 11428 have
been c~L~let~d to the satisfaction of the city Engim~er; and
WHerEAS, a Notice of C~letion is required to be filed, certifying
the work c~L~let~.
NOW, TH~IIEFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~letion with the County ~oorder of
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOFr~3 this 19th day of DeceJnber, 1990.
