A RESOLUTION OF ~ CITY ODUNCIL OF THE c±'r~ OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PURT.IC ~
FOR TRACTS 9441 AND 11609 AND AI/fHORIZING ~ F~LING OF A
NOTICE OF CC~4PL~r±ON FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public i~provements for Tracts 9441 and
11609, have been c~leted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Cu~letion is rec~,~red to be filed, certifying
the work c~L~lete.
NOW, THerEFORE, the city Council of the city of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cu~letion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPROVfI), and ADOPr~3 this 19th day of December, 1990.
