A RESOLLTUION OF THE c±','~ OOU~CIL OF THE CITY OF RAN~O
~, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ~ AGRE~/~T
EXT~SION AND IMPROV~M~%~ S~CURITY FOR 6737 EAST AV~AVOE
WH~qEAS, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Impr~t ~3re~m~nt Extension executed on December 19,
1990, by Gerald Hessler as developer, for tb~ i~provement of public right-of-
%ray adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally locat~ on East Avenue between Base Line Road and Victoria Street;
and
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~ts, described in said
Improvement ~3reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said 6737 East Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said I~provement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Inprove~ent Security, which is identified
in said In~rove~ent Agreement Extension.
NOW, THt~IEFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said /~mprovement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
