A RESOI~i'iON OF THE C~1¥ OOL~cib OF THE C~'l'f OF RANCHO
CUCA~DNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROV~24~%~ ~
E~I'~NSION AND II~PROV~I~4T SECt~/TY FOR PARCEL MAP 11685
WH~P~]%S, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an I/mprovement ~3ree~ent Extension executed on December 19,
1990, by James O'Brien as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on Devon Street at Kinlock Avenue; and
WHerEAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement ~3reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develupJL~nt of said Parcel Map 11685; and
WH~qEAS, said Improvement ~&3reement Extension is secured and
accul~anied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement ~3reement Extension.
NOW, ~EREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improv~nent Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
