A RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY OOLI~CIL OF THE c-'rf OF RAN(~O
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ~ AGRERMI~T
E~r~NSION AND ~ SEfYJRITY FOR DR 88-32 PHASE 2
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an I~t Agreement Extension executed on December 19,
1990, by Hyssop Properties as developer, for the improvement of public right-
of-w~y adjacent to the real uroperty specifically described therein, and
generally located on the south side of Hyssop Drive north of 4th Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement ~z3reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said DR 88-32 Phase 2; and
WHEREAS, said Im~provement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient /awprovement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Az3reement Extension.
NOW, THtlREFORE, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Inwprovement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said /awprovement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
