A RESOLUi~ON OF THE c±'.'f OgUNCIL OF THE (JA'I'Y OF RAN(~{O
~NGA, CALIFORNIA, ~ IMPROV]~9~ff AGREf/~f]gT
EX~7~gSION AND IMPROV~I~gT SECt~RITY FOR TRACT 13662
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement ~3re~m~-nt Extension executed on December 19,
1990, by Lewis Hc~es as developer, for the i~t of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the southeast corder of Haven Avenue and Base Line PDad; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such in~prove~_nts, described in said
Improvement ~3reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13662; and
WHEREAS, said /3~provement ~3reement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of l~ancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve t_hat said Improvement A~3re~ent Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement ~3reement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
