A RESOLUi~ON OF THE C/TY OOUNCIL OF THE (~I'IY OF RAN(~{O
~NGA, CAI~FO~NIA, APPROVING ~ AGREt~IS1NT
E~I'~NSION AND ~ SECI3RITY FOR TRACT 13566-1
WHEREAS, the City Oouncil of the city of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement ~3reement Extension executed on Decembet 19,
1990, by ckfield Development as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally locat~ on the south side of Summit Avenue between Wardman Bullock
Road and (!~erry Avenue; and
WHerEAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13566-1; and
WHEREAS, said II~provement A~3reement Extension is secured and
acco~Ltuanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement ~3reement Extension.
NOW, TH~PJ~FORE, the City Council of the city of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Ia~rove~ent ~3reement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement ~3reement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
