A RESOLUI~ON OF THE ul'rY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC2{O
CUCA~DNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ~ ~
E~i'~NSION AND ]/~mR0VEM~gT SECURITY FOR TRACT 13304
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on December 19,
1990, by Lewis Hc~es as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the northwest corner of Terra vista Parkway and Mountain View
Drive; and
WHt~qEAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
I2mprovement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develo~a~nt of said Tract 13304; and
W-HI,lEAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
