A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CiTY (XYJNOLb OF THE ui'rf OF RAN(~O
E~A'~SION AND ~ SI~I~fY FOR TRACT 13063
WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improv~nent ~3re~mm_nt Extension ew~cuted on December 19,
1990, by citation Builders as developer, for the improvement of public right-
of-%zay adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the ease side of Fm~t Avenue between Highland Avenue and
victoria Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such imp~ts, described in said
Improvement ~jreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13063; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Ir~provement Security, which is identified
in said Improv~nent Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the city of Rancho cucamonga does
hereby resolve t_hat said Improvement ~jreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same ere hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improw~ent ~jreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
