A RESOI33TION OF THE CI'I'Y COL~CIL OF THE CiTY OF RAN~O
CUCAMONGA, CALIFOI~IA, APPROVING ~ AGRE~5~qT
E~A'~NSION AND ~ S~ FOR TRACT 12462
WHEREAS, the city Council of the city of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an In~rovement ~3reement Extension executed on December 19,
1990, by First Family H~m~s as developer, for the improvement of public right-
of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally locat~ south side of Summit Avenue between Etiwanda Avenue and East
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such imp~ts, described in said
Improvement ~3reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12462; ar~
WHEREAS, said Improv~ent Agreement Extension is secured and
acculL~oanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement ~3reement Extension.
NOW, ~HEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement A~reement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authoriz-
ed to sign said Improv~nent Agreement Extension on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the city Clerk to attest thereto.
