A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC2X)
~, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC
FOR THE TERRA VISTA PIANN~D ~, MII.LIK~2~ PARK
PRDJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE FYIING OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for the Terra Vista
Planned C~.,~u%ity, Milliken Park Project have been o~leted to the satisfac-
tion of the C~,a~,unity Development Director; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is recpHred to be filed, certifying
the work c~lete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the O~m~unity Development
Director is authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~mpletion with the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County.
