A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
Ct~2~CkNC~%, CAT.TFORN-AA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROV~SM~gTS
FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND STREET
~ AND ~ AVt~N3E, CONTRACT NO. 91-001, AND
AUTHORIZING THE FTIJNG OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE
WHEREAS, the construction of public improv~mmnts for Traffic Signal
and Street Improvements at Foothill Boulevard and Rochester Avenue, have been
completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Ccm~letion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~t~Jletion with the County Reoorder of
PASS~D, APPROVt~, and ADOPI~D this 18th day of December, 1991.
