A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

EXT~qSIONAND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR PARCEL MAP 11685
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on December 18,
1991, by James O'Brien as developer, for the in~x~e~t of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the south side of Devon Street at Kinlock Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such ia{~x~nents, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 11685; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improv~t Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authoriz-
ed to sign said Improvement ~3reement Extension on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
