A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
EXT~I~SION AND ~MPROV~M~T SECURITY FOR TRACT 12462
WH~REAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga ham for its
consideration an Improvement A~reement Extension executed on December 18,
1991, by First Family Hc~es as developer, for the i~t of public right-
of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the south side of Summit Avenue between Etiwanda Avenue
and East Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12462; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
a~ed by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
