A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ]~5~0V~4~ AGR~
AND ]~5~ROV~4~T S~2URITIES FOR DEVELO~ REVI~4
NO. 88-09
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga b~ for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on Deoember 18, 1991, by
Benjamin K. Sharfi as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the west side of Maple Place, north of Arrow Route; and
V~REAS, the installation of such i~, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
C~m~,~ssion, Development Review No. 88-09; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Securities, which is identified in said
Improvement Aqreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Securities
be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest thereto.
