WHEREAS, the ~nstru~ion of public i~prove~e~ for ~ll~Avenue
Medi~ Tmndscaping ~ve been completed to the satisfa~ion of the City
WHEREAS, a Notice of Cc~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work c~¥91ete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engir-~_~r is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~oletion with the County R~corder of
PASS~D, APPROVED, and ADOPI~D this 4th day of Dece~9~er, 1991.
