A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANfHO

EXT~qSIONAND ~ S~CY3RITY FOR TRACT 13270
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
oonsideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on December 4, 1991,
by Lewis Hc~es as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the northwest corner of Milliken Avenue and Church Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~p~ts, described in said
Improv~z~.nt Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13270; and
WHEREAS, said Impr~ement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improv~t Agreement Extension and said Improvement
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
