A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(]{O
CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PRDPER~Y ~ OONTRACT
AND LI~ AG~k~Y~T FRC~ JAMES A. BROWN AND JOYCE W. BROWN
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ~.~RK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHERFAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on February 21, 1979, to establish requirements for
construction of public improvements in conjunction with building permit
issuance; and
WHEREAS, installation of off-site parkway in--ts estm_blished as
prerequisite to issuance of building permit for 5291 Sapphire Street ban been
met by entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by
James A. Brown and Joyce W. Brown.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to accept said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs
the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
