A RESOI/3TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUI~ORIZING ~HE EXEC/]UION AND
SIGNING OF THE COST AND MAINT~qANCE AG~~ FOR THE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration and execution the Cost and Maintenance Agreement for the
construction of the 7th Street Storm Drain and Street Improvements between 6th
Street and 7th Street; and
WHEREAS, as a condition for said projects, the City shall approve and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follc~s:
1. Authorize the Execution of the Cost and Maintenance A~reements
for the construction of the 7th Street Storm Drain and Street
I~provements between 6th Street and 7th Street; and
2. To authorize the Mayor to sign said Agreements and direct the
City Clerk to attach a certified copy of this Resolution, as
well as type in the Resolution Number and date in the blanks of
said Agreements and for the return of the original copies of
said Agreement to the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City shall also comply with any
"Special Covenants or Remarks" attached to said Agreements.
~ne total amount necessary for the Cost and Maintenance of Local
funds payable by the City shall not exceed $71,557.00 to be funded by
Assessment District Account No. 83-4637-6028-0000-0000.

California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 4th day of
